The recruiting site is built to serve both the businesses and job seekers who want to find each other in Vacaville. Hiring and working local is beneficial to our local economy.
We listened to many businesses that a cost-effective employee recruiting resource is needed. Further, we learned that local job seekers want a unified site for employment searches. We invested in developing VacaWorks.com to connect a healthier community workforce.
